1C:Enterprise 8. Large-format printing - software assists in the organization of the unified information system of management of different aspects of activity of the polygraphic enterprise.


Order management on large-format products

The management subsystem orders allows to implement maintenance strategy of buyers, effective for the enterprise. In a subsystem it is possible to enter calculations of orders (predesigns of orders) which have the different statuses – preliminary, in production, it is executed, cancelled, etc.

Functionality of a subsystem Order management:

  • Regulation of technology transactions of prepress (transaction of design, imposition, coloring test, etc.) at the cost of transactions and time
  • Regulation of technology transactions of large-format and interior printing at the cost of transactions and the planned cost of transactions, to technical losses and press preparation for printing, printing time by the equipment, printing quality (permission), circulation, etc.
  • Regulation of technology transactions of postprinting processing (lamination, cutting, gluing together, soldering, stitching, installation of eyelets, gluing of pockets, etc.) at the cost of transactions and the planned cost of transactions, execution time by the equipment.
  • Formation and calculation of the large-format polygraphic order, printing of the process chart of the order.
  • Use of templates for efficiency of formation and calculation of large-format orders.
  • Calculation of cost/cost value and the planned amount of materials for the large-format order through regulation of technology transactions. The user can expand the list of technology transactions by setup.
  • Control of profit margin of the order.
  • Calculation of necessary amount of additional materials for order fulfillment.
  • Scheduling of large-format polygraphic orders on stages of production accomplishment.
  • Search and storage of models on large-format products
  • Reporting under orders


Management of warehouse stocks In a subsystem detailed operational accounting of materials and products in warehouses is implemented, full control of stocks at the enterprise is provided. All warehouse transactions are fixed using the relevant documents - intake of goods/materials, movement of goods/materials, sales of goods, inventory, etc.

The subsystem helps:

  • manage a remaining balance of materials, products in different units of measure (a role with a roll width, running meters, sq.m, kg, etc.)
  • manage a set of warehouses by different properties (a format, density, permission, etc.);

set any characteristics of a batch (a format, density, etc.) and to keep lot-based account by warehouses;

  • perform functions of accounting of orders and reservation of materials.

Information on a status of warehouse stocks in any analytical cuts with high detailing is available: to the level of characteristics of materials and products. The possibility of receiving cost estimates of warehouse stocks at cost and potential sales volume in selling prices is provided.


Cost accounting of the enterprise (overheads) Accounting of different types of overheads by orders of buyers – material costs, general business costs, transport costs, storage, services of both own, and third parties, etc. is provided in a configuration. These expenses can be analyzed by cost items and orders of buyers in the report of Costs.


Purchase management The functionality of a subsystem allows to provide managers of the enterprise with information necessary for timely decision making on replenishment action of materials:

  • operational planning of purchases
  • order placement to suppliers and control of their execution
  • payment schedule of a funds expenditure

In a configuration different schemes of acceptance of materials from suppliers by earlier issued orders are supported. The possibility of a design of "non-invoiced deliveries" - materials which for one reason or another are required to be accepted on a warehouse is provided and to put in production before receipt of necessary accompanying documents. Further, at registration of the accompanying documents received from the supplier, they will be automatically connected with real products.

Order management to suppliers The subsystem is intended for purchase planning and formation of supplier orders according to the accepted strategy of replenishment of warehouse stocks and works with orders of buyers. Among tasks which the purchase planning subsystem allows to solve:

The subsystem allows to automate:

  • automatic order placement to suppliers on the basis of requirements of production.
  • control of payment and supply of materials by orders;
  • adjustment and closing of supplier orders.


Monitoring of the prices of suppliers Possibilities of the mechanism of pricing of a configuration allow to register and compare the prices of suppliers, to select the optimal supplier, to minimize costs for replenishment of warehouse stocks.

For change control of the prices the mechanism of automatic update of the prices of suppliers at registration of the next deliveries is created.


Information analysis about activity of the polygraphic enterprise In a configuration the system of universal reports for the analysis practically of all aspects of a trading activity and goods turnover of the enterprise works. The user can obtain information on a status of warehouse stocks, the analysis of orders, sales, settlement - in any analytical cuts with required detailing and in dynamics.

At the same time it is possible independently to give a task (to configure) the detail level, settings of grouping and selection criteria of the solvable tasks given in reports according to specifics. Such individual preferences (actually - the specialized reports created by the user) can remain for further use.

In addition to universal reports in a configuration a set of the reports intended for effective solution of specialized problems of information analysis is implemented:

  • Analysis of orders for large-format products
  • Analysis of polygraphic orders and sources of the address of buyers
