Q300 Pro - internal SSD drive 2.5"/7 mm on the basis of 15-nanometer a flash memory.
On April 8, 2916 department of data storage of the European division of Toshiba company provided the internal SSD drives Q300 Pro.
The drives Toshiba Q300 are characterized as fast, energy efficient, shock-resistant SSD. The flagman Q300 Pro models with technology of 15-nanometer MLC memory (2 bits on a cell) are developed especially for high-performance workstations - designers, gamers and professional users.
In drives the SATA III interface with backward compatibility and maximum speed of data transmission to 6 Gbps is used. Adaptive technology SLC кеширования of Toshiba optimizes processing of data and allows to achieve the speed of consecutive record to 530 Mbps and reading up to 550 Mbps. For the Q300 Pro models maximum speeds of any read and write reach 92,000 and 63,000 IOPS respectively; for Q300 – 87,000 and 83,000 IOPS.
The drives Q300 Pro are available in versions with a capacity of 1024, 512 and 256 GB, Q300 – 960, 480, 240 and 120 GB. All devices support hardware installation of a priority of commands (NCQ), S.M.A.R.T., zeroing TRIM and Patrol Read technologies (only in Q300 Pro). Models of the Q300 Pro series support technology of error correction Toshiba QSBC which will help to protect data and increases reliability of drives.
