"TPACKO" implemented technology of a business intelligence

On April 11, 2016 Maykor announced an implementation project of a system of a business intelligence on the QlikView platform in TRASKO forwarding company. The project was executed by MAYKOR-GMCS MAYKOR-GMCS company^[1].

Project Results

In a project deliverable data marts for top managers of forwarding company are created, regular unloading of information from the operational systems is organized. The management of "TPACKO" had an opportunity of the analysis of results of activity of the company in real time, including - control of successful and less successful directions of transportations, types of loads, types of transportations (assembly, complete, multimodal and other), etc. The project lasted five months.

Advertizing "TPACKO" (2013)

For us it was one of the most significant IT projects in 2015. We received the powerful analytical tool for development. The logistic market of Russia changes, the average cost of transportations falls, and their volume increases. To develop with positive dynamics, it is necessary to monitor constantly the slightest changes in the work. Each logistic operator is unique therefore the BI solution should be individual. Together with heads of divisions of "TPACKO" we carefully worked the directions of the business analysis and a set of indicators. The developed BI solution is the effective assistant at coordination of operational logistics and also a source of up-to-date information for strategic planning and development of the new directions and types of transport. Use of QlikView allows to go down from high-level analytics to data of lower level within the interface of one system. As a result heads have an opportunity in the most evident form, in the mode of "single window", to see current situation in the company with the desirable detail level, in a set of analytical cuts.
