Project Tasks
The main objectives implemented within an implementation project of a management system for marketing campaigns in MTS Bank:
1. Complex process automation of target sales on the Oracle Siebel Campaign Management platform is carried out
2. The marketing show-window of DWH using ETL Informatica is developed
3. Marketing segmentation in Oracle BI is implemented
4. Integration into channels of informing: the call center (entering and proceeding), the SMS, email, DO, ATMs, terminals.
5. The reporting under targeted campaigns in Oracle BI is implemented
6. Campaigns of sales of non-purpose loans and credit cards, increases in a limit, etc. are started.

Project Effect
