On April 11, 2016 the Office of the Federal Penitentiary Service knew of a victory of MegaFon company in an auction on provision of services of mobile communication for Stavropol Krai[1].

MegaFon transferred to the network 45 of mobile numbers of staff of the Stavropol OFPS from other telecom operator within service of MNP.
