System implementation of "SEVCO WMS" on the logistic center of the Altai producer of flakes, grain, torments and macaron - ROSA companies

Implementation Progress

WAREHOUSE: Storage of finished goods is performed in a specialized warehouse complex with a total capacity up to 5000 tons at the same time. Shipment of finished goods is performed as by rail from own railway deadlock equipped with the handling platforms allowing to ship at the same time up to three cars and from the loading complex under motor transport equipped with the advanced equipment that allows to ship to the shortest possible time up to four heavy trucks at the same time. The company locates own park of cargo vehicles providing an uninterrupted supply (up to 900 tons a day) the best grain from all areas of Altai Krai and delivery of finished goods to clients. The warehouse is equipped with different types of rack constructions, including gravitational channels for pallets.

Project Result

Implementation: Specialists of SEVKO company completely developed and described technology of work of a warehouse complex. In a warehouse the automated control system for the warehouse "SEVCO-WMS" is used. Transactions are automated: acceptance, placement, selection of orders, shipment, feed of the storage area, acceptance of returns, etc. Address accounting by expiration dates, batch numbers and a SCD is implemented, the technology of barcoding is applied. The warehouse works on paperless technology and 7 radio of data collection terminals use.
