The Ministry of Finance of the Sakha Republic automated collecting of economic indicators

On April 13, 2016 the Atlas Soft company announced development and deployment of a system of collecting of economic indicators by request of the Ministry of Finance of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic.

Project Tasks

For accomplishment of the government decree of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic about increase in efficiency of budgeted expenses the project of the automated collecting and analytics of financial performance of all budget organizations of the Republic is implemented.

Action in the Ministry of Finance of the Sakha Republic (2014)

The main requirements to the system of collecting:

• sale of mechanisms of automatic mailing of report forms about indicators of financial activities on all budget organizations of the Republic.
• automatic collecting of the filled report forms.
• presence of the scheduler using which the ministry configures when also to whom report forms go.
• tracking in real time a status of process of collecting of indicators, i.e. specialists of the Ministry should see who received report forms, but did not send them back.
• existence of different elements of the notification of the partner on receiving a new report form.
• existence of support of the legally significant EDS using which the partner signs the filled report forms before sending them in the ministry.
• presence of the mechanism of correction of the filled report form at the request of the ministry.
• after acceptance by the ministry a system should transfer to the received report form it to processing to the system of analytics.

Project Progress

During implementation and system implementation of collecting the necessary functionality of sending report forms, control of filling with their partners, data acquisition and sending them in the system of analytics is prepared. The management subsystem by partners and report forms was also in addition created that allowed in the automatic mode, according to the schedule to send report forms to all organizations of the Republic.

Project Results

As the Atlas Soft company stated, as a result of project implementation the ministry many times accelerated receiving all necessary financial information from all budget organizations and increased quality of their filling and also had an opportunity to store all history of data collection with quick access to their archive.
