On April 11, 2016 the company SAP also Touch Bank announced creation of a management system for potential and efficiency of personnel on a cloud platform SAP SuccessFactors. Development of processes, user training and start of the solution were executed by the consulting company ECOPSI.

  • In the company the module Performance&Goals and Compensation&VarPay, a project circuit – 250 people is implemented
  • The processes put in a system are from scratch developed
  • The platform, modules of goal setting, assessment of achievements are configured
  • The module of management of salaries and awarding is configured
  • Integration with 1C for import of data on employees is configured

Project Progress

The project began development of the system of performance management in February, 2015:

  • creation of a tree is more whole than the company,
  • creation of the KPI program of heads,
  • creation of parameters of motivation,
  • creation of cards is more whole than employees and their assessment.

Business processes, including in the field of personnel management, need to be built according to requests of employees to simplicity, mobility and accuracy of work with any amount of data. These criteria became the main when choosing the solution by means of which Touch Bank will manage KPI, motivation and procedures of regular personel assessment.

A system is based on the innovation opportunities and advantages of a cloud platform providing convenience and efficiency of work with information to all categories of users. In the solution for Touch Bank such modules SAP SuccessFactors as Performance Management and Goal Management for efficiency analysis of personnel and work on bringing strategy of the company to employees and also Compensation Management for management of remunerations are used. The cloud network SAP Jam — the instrument of corporate communication and implementation of internal social projects, the employee also to the purposes of increase in the involvement and motivation of employees became an important part of a new system with which all employees of the bank — about 250 people work. In addition, serious requirements for functionality, convenience of administration and integration with the accounting systems of bank were imposed to future platform.

The project started in February, 2015 with development of the system of performance management: creations of a tree are more whole than the company, creation of the KPI program of heads, parameters of motivation, cards of the purposes of employees and their assessment. The possibility of expansion of functionality of the module of management of remuneration and also SAP Jam packet, development of the bus for automation of collecting of the actual measure values is in the long term considered.

Project Results

In the solution for Touch Bank the modules Performance Management and Goal Management for efficiency analysis of personnel, work on bringing strategy of the company to employees, Compensation Management for management of remunerations are used. The cloud corporate network SAP Jam became a significant part of a system with which employees of the bank work. In addition, serious requirements for functionality, convenience of administration and integration with the accounting systems of bank were imposed to future platform.

The SAP solution SuccessFactors is used by employees with different level of responsibility and functional duties. Idle time in implementations, exact and operating control over the performance management system (PMS) provided reduction of labor costs thanks to automation of calculation of compensations and privileges. The management of bank at any time has all information for efficiency evaluation and the potential of employees on a broad spectrum of parameters.

In the SAP solution SuccessFactors containing over 2 thousand metrics for personel assessment all new technologies necessary for work of employees of the 21st century, development of their professional skills and creation of the successful career which is organically connected with the strategy of the company are implemented.
