Dyusenev Abay

Abay Dyusenev was born on November 3, 1974. Graduated from the Kazakh National technical university of Satpayev majoring in "systems engineer", the Kazakhstan Institute of management, economy and strategic planning (KIMEP, MBA), the joint doctor's program of the University of T. Ryskulov and the European university in Switzerland (European University, Montreux) where received degree of DBA. Also was trained in the field of information technologies in South Korea.

Labor activity of the beginnings in 1997 as the specialist of institute of information technologies. For almost 20-year work experience in Kazakhtelecom Abay Dyusenev passed all steps of career development, having become in 2010 the managing director.

For years of work in Kazakhtelecom was directly involved in creation and promotion of system integration, management and coordination of divisions of the company, coordination of projects of the state and international value. Besides, was engaged in development and exercised project management, implemented by the company in the sector of the electronic government – e-government, e-akimat.

Under the leadership of Dyusenev the modern solution ICT directed to creation of infrastructure of storage and data processing, cloud services was implemented. Development of information environment and the systems of state bodies, by means of providing modern IT solutions and expansion of a range for public sector also fell within the scope of the supervised questions in the years of work in Kazakhtelecom.

In 2013 to Abay Dyuseneva the highest professional rank "zd_k baylanyssha" is given.

In April, 2016 the solution of Board of Directors of the Kazakhstan company "National Information Technologies" (NIT) Abay Dyusenev is appointed the chairman of the board of NIT.
