AUTOMATION OF PAYROLL CALCULATION IN FILIAL COMPANY GAZPROM TRANSGAZ TCHAIKOVSKY LLC

Gazprom transgaz Tchaikovsky LLC (before Permtransgaz LLC) is the enterprise for service of gas pipelines in the territory of Perm Krai and the Udmurt Republic. Takes the second place in Gazprom on the volume of the transported gas. In its structure of 19 structural divisions branches.

Management of employees whose total number exceeds 8000 people is one of significant and difficult processes in Gazprom transgaz Tchaikovsky LLC.

At the time of the beginning of works on implementation of a subsystem Personnel management of KAS "Business Lux" the situation looked as follows: in personnel department and labor relations, department of work and the salary, accounting and other divisions of Society several software products untied among themselves, as a result - separate and often uncoordinated data were used, there was no single database on workers, it was impossible to carry out the analysis of growth and stimulation of the personnel, because of manual formation of documents there were big costs for document flow, difficulties by preparation of reports, etc.

The project was begun with optimization and process automation of personnel management in Administration, then the solution was replicated in other 19 branches of Society. All key tasks for effective maintaining the HR policy were as a result solved: beginning from formation of the staff list, accounting of candidates for work, a talent pool, accounting of acceptance, dismissal, movement, job development, training of employees of the enterprise and their certification, registration of orders on personnel structure, before fixing of all data of the personal record of the worker.

Further, within expansion of functionality of a subsystem, the company management made the decision on implementation of the module "Payroll calculation" of a subsystem Personnel management of KAS "Business Lux". Automation began with pilot implementation of the module in Administration of society and one branch. The solution received during a pilot project today is spread around in 11 branches of Society. Implementation allowed to reduce time for formation of data for payroll calculation by 3-4 times, to reduce labor input of formation of postings, to increase accuracy and to reduce to a minimum the probability of emergence of errors at payroll calculation. Along with fixed functions of charges, deduction, payroll calculation and taxes, also specific were automated: calculation of payment of the preferential women watch, processing payment calculation to workers on the summed-up time recording, etc. Besides, from a system the industry reporting (109 gas, 37 years, 68 gas) automatically is prepared. The works on replication of the module "Payroll calculation" in other branches of Society will be completed in 2010.

Automation of payroll calculation and personnel management in branches is a stage of the large complex project of creation of a common information space of Gazprom transgaz Tchaikovsky LLC as which core the ERP system of KAS "Business Lux" acts.
