Giprogaztsentr (KAS "Business Lux")

The company "NPO Kompyyuter completed the second stage of implementation of an end-to-end automated system Business Lux at Giprogaztsentr design institute in Nizhny Novgorod. The subsystem Personnel management is put into operation. At the first stage of system deployment tuning of subsystems "Accounting and tax accounting", "Management of agreement settlements" and "Management of material resources" and also their integration with an electronic document management system of Directum and an information system of automation of project works was performed.

As a result of implementation of the module of personnel management the single database on personnel was created, payroll of employees of the enterprise is automated, it is eliminated duplications of data in separate accounting programs. Formation of accounting entries and their transfer to a subsystem Accounting, obtaining different reports on personnel is implemented. Using a management system for document flow process of signing of personnel orders and finishing them before accounting and financial and economic service is adjusted. Implementation of a subsystem Management of transport will be the next stage of the project.
