"Vertical" reorganized office automated workplaces on cloud

On April 18, 2016 the CORUS Consulting company announced the project of start of service "KORUS of Five|the Ready workplace" for Vertikal company.

Project Tasks

Active development and growth of document flow in the company caused need of the organization of the centralized search and document storage. It was represented to the infrastructure operator important to implement a flexible, scalable solution, comprehensive the main tools for joint work and communications between employees, access to whom guarantees security and efficiency in case of failures or failure of local infrastructure.

Support of dual purpose of Vertikal company (2013)

The management "Verticals" made the decision on connection of a cloud service "KORUS of Five. The solution based on the platform Microsoft SharePoint, a cloud environment Microsoft Azure also Office 365 combines broad functionality, flexibility and efficiency of scaling at business expansion.

Project Results

The corporate portal became unified information environment for the staff of Vertical. Important feature of service is the opportunity of feedback given to the management from subordinates. Within the project migration of mail data of the company is carried out to a cloud that provided access to necessary programs and data with the help of any device having Internet access.
