System implementation of stream input of data and documents was required to the operator for filling of electronic archive.

Subscriber agreements, consignment and commodity-transport notes :) come to management of subscriber services of life company. The volume of documents can reach 500 thousand pages a month. The staff of department of work with documents and archive manually processed all agreements and delivery notes - one document got to electronic archive in 2 days, and transfer of all data manually was followed by the errors connected with a human factor.

Project Progress

More effectively to solve a problem of filling of electronic archive the operator guide selected ABBYY FlexiCapture as the tool. When choosing all tasks of the company were considered.

The project of start of the solution in operation is executed in two months.

Project Results

As a result of system implementation the company by 300 times reduced time for introduction of agreements and delivery notes in archive and customer service. The quantity of errors when entering documents decreased and is close to zero. Costs for outsourcing of digitization of documents and filling of archive are almost completely excluded.

Any new development or technology which we implement in work is directed to making even more comfortable service of our subscribers.
