At the end of 2015 the leadership of the Komi Republic made the decision on system implementation of management of project activity (SUPD) of public authorities of the Republic.
System implementation had to provide:
- effectiveness of project activity;
- observance and reduction of terms of achievement of results;
- effective use of temporary, human and financial resources of projects;
- transparency, justification and timeliness of management decisions;
- efficiency of interaction with other state bodies and the commercial organizations.
As one of the first steps on implementation of SUPD there was a deployment of the Information system on the basis of a software package PM Foresight which basic functionality was finished taking into account needs of the customer. The system received as a result included the following main modules (subsystems):
- Module of certification of projects
- Module of management of project portfolios
- Module of management of meetings
- Module of management of instructions
- Module of management of terms
- Module of management of activity indicators
- personnel management Module
- Module of management of financial performance of the project
- risk management Module, problems and open questions
- Module of collecting of the reporting under projects
- Module of formation of the analytical reporting under projects and monitoring
- change management Module
- Module of storage of project documents
and the providing modules:
- administration Module
- Module of journalizing of actions
- notification Module
- the integration Module with adjacent information systems
The implemented system provided a possibility of simultaneous operation of unlimited number of users and also a possibility of expansion and scaling – i.e. connections of new modules, new organization units and divisions.
After installation and setup of a system its testing and training of employees of the customer – future administrators and users of a system was provided.
In 2016 development of an information system and its completion taking into account the developed normative regulatory documents is planned.
