Toy Store started exchange of electronic acts and TORG-12 through a Circuit.EDI

The Toy Store retail network completed in the spring of 2016 a pilot project on transition to electronic acts and TORG-12 through SKB Kontur provider.

Now the network will be able to exchange with suppliers these documents in electronic form through Edi.Kontur.

SKB Kontur started a chain of PRICAT-ORDERS-DESADV-RECADV-INVOIC [COINVOIC] in Toy Store in May, 2015. In its framework the network receives from suppliers of the invoice in electronic form. Toy Store expanded the list of electronic legal significant documents at the expense of acts and TORG-12 which differ in the fact that require the bilateral signature.

"Implementation of EDI allowed us to refuse need of use for document transfer - e-mail, telephone communication. Using electronic document management it was succeeded to reduce time for processing of each document on all chain "order delivery" and to reduce quantity of errors, to provide transparency of process of exchange of documents, to reduce the costs connected with paper document flow. Suppliers in turn can quickly receive information on the goods acceptance fact in shops and distribution centers", – Kurmaleev Moustapha, the head of department on development of technologies of Toy Store Group tells.

First of all, the invoice – the main document for tax authorities was transferred to an electronic form thanks to what the Company simplified process of reporting on the VAT. In the nearest future Toy Store is going to finish the workflow system for exchange of documents with the electronic digital signatures (EDS): delivery-acceptance certificate and Bidding-12. This innovation will allow to lower costs and to accelerate document flow.

Development of the portal for suppliers on which they will be able to interact with representatives of Toy Store network in real time will become the next step in this direction.

The retail chain stores Toy Store use the accounting system of SAP. IT specialists of the client and provider jointly only in a week developed the solution for integration of SAP with Edi.Kontur.
