"I-Pharm" automated management of a warehouse

On April 18, 2016 the Axelot company announced software implementation of "1C: WMS" in I-Pharm LLC for automation of a warehouse complex.

Project Progress

Specialists of the contractor carried out the analysis and worked the business processes planned to implementation in a new warehouse of the company. After that carried out setup and internal system testing.

In warehouse "I-Pharm" (2015)

On the basis of the configured model of a system acceptance testing on "real" orders and test groups of goods is held.

Complex training of operators of stationary automated workplaces and TSD operators in work with a system is organized.

After start of a system in operation works were continued within control of functioning of a warehouse.

Project Results

The 1C: WMS system is integrated with "1C: Integrated Automation" by means of "AXELOT: ESB Service data bus". Integration is executed by a project team of the customer, with consulting support of specialists of Axelot.

Specifics of the project in need of simultaneous accounting on goods, a series and an expiration date. Besides, in a warehouse narrow-passage racks in this connection the project team develops routes of movement of the warehouse equipment, distribution of the carried-out tasks depending on a type of the selected equipment are used.

Use of differentiation of zones of a warehouse at the level of WMS allowed to separate flows of own goods from goods of bailors. The customizability of a system allows to change at any time a placement/selection planning logic depending on the needs of a warehouse for processing of a trade flow.

In a project deliverable influence of a human factor on all processing stages of goods is minimized. Systemically requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation are considered - upon acceptance of everyone pallets in a system the passport pallets" with indication of the freight train, serial number, quality and an expiration date is automatically printed ". This passport should be present at a pallet in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

A system gives opportunities of the analysis of development of employees that allows to transfer warehouse personnel with "sole" to a "price-work" operation mode. The open code "1C: WMS" allows employees "I-Pharm" to make independently changes to system logic without involvement of the developer of a product.
