2016: Purpose and basic functionality of the program

According to information as of April 2016, the product "Consult-Inform: Management of apartment buildings" is designed to automate the operational and management accounting of management companies and HOAs.

The main functionality of the program:

• keeping records of applications from the population (registration of the application, distribution to contractors and control over the performance of work on applications);
• preparation of annual plans for performance of works, their detailed up to quarterly and monthly plans and control of plans closing percentage by periods;
• registration of planned and unscheduled works performance;
• registration of the results of inspections of accounting facilities (reflection of the results of inspections in technical passports and formation of work orders based on them);
• keeping records of funds assigned to accounting objects;
• maintaining full-fledged warehouse accounting;
• preparation of ballots and registration of voting results;
• reflection of information on legal proceedings against debtors.

The product allows you to exchange data with a typical configuration of the program "1C: Accounting 8," rev. 2.0 using universal downloads/downloads in XML format.

The configuration is an original development, does not contain additional means of protection and fragments that cannot be changed by the user.

The recommended version of the 1C: Enterprise platform is at least version 8.3.3. 641.
