2019: Implementation of the central WMS system

In April 2016, Logikon completed a project to calculate the optimal strategy for the development of a logistics network for the distribution of lubricants for Gazpromneft-SM. As part of the project, the company's specialists created a model of an existing supply network, which provides the possibility of detailed calculation of network characteristics (delivery time, insurance inventory volumes, transportation, storage and processing costs, etc.) The model allows you to reasonably approach the choice of network change solutions and predict development taking into account the marketing plans of Gazpromneft-SM.
