2017: Integration with a banking system of Otkrytiye bank

Integration based on H2H technology without use of Internet bank - forward channel of exchange of documents between the client and bank.

The Otkrytiye bank implemented in the summer of 2017 the project on integration of the accounting system of Microsoft Navision of MERLION company with the system of Otkrytiye bank. The project lasted three months and simplified accounting of financial transactions and payment of payment documents for the distributor.

Integration of the accounting system of the company is performed based on H2H technology without use of Internet bank. Such solution (forward channel of exchange of documents between the client and bank) is rather new and allows to reduce as much as possible labor costs on client side.

"Implementation of H2H technology allowed to lower labor costs of operations department and to exclude technical errors, to seriously increase efficiency of carrying out payments, to minimize a fraud potentiality, – Dmitry Solovyov, the head of treasury of MERLION comments. – It is separately necessary to tell about opportunities of receiving an operational feedback – payment statuses and obtaining information on a remaining balance – in this part the convenience of work increased repeatedly. Of course, on the party of business such solutions require significant completions, but they repeatedly pay back the cost of the implementation. Now we do not represent work of treasury of large holding without use of such solutions as H2H or SPFS BR any more".
