The Technoserv company, the Russian system integrator, renders service in service support of the equipment and the software of Federal State Unitary Enterprise ProtectionInfoTrans, the only developer of the systems of information support of safety of the population on transport (SIOBNT).
SIOBNT is created and works within "The comprehensive program of security of the population on transport". A basis of this system is the Single state information system of ensuring transport security (EGIS OTB) exercising control of observance of requirements for ensuring transport security for infrastructure facilities of all means of transport. The only operator EGIS OTB is Federal State Unitary Enterprise ProtectionInfoTrans of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.
Within the agreement the Technoserv system integrator renders services in accordance with the terms of providing basic technical vendor support of the equipment and the software (S) which is also a part of SIOBNT.
The pool of obligations of integrator includes monitoring and maintenance of operability of software and the equipment, namely: granting the latests version and software updatings, equipment microcodes, consultation on questions of operation and setup, diagnostics and the help in elimination of difficult faults, including, in the mode of "hot line".
The Technoserv system integrator guarantees in mode 7х24х365 ensuring smooth functioning about 12 thousand units of the software in the field of virtualization and program a component of database management systems and also more than 1.6 thousand units of the server hardware including servers, storage systems, disk arrays, etc.
Rendering services in the agreement will be performed with observance of requirements of SLA with strict requirements on time of response to an incident. According to classification of level of priorities of requests, 4 types of priorities – from critical to low are selected. At the same time a response time of specialists at emergence of a problem with a critical priority should make no more than 20 minutes.
