The Videxim holding implements SAP Business One

At the end of April, 2016 the SAP CIS company and Videxim holding, one of suppliers in the Russian market of sanitary products and construction materials, announced start of SAP implementation of Business One using Microsoft SQL. The project is implemented with consulting and technology participation CMD-Soft.

Having selected the SAP solution for creation of a common information space and simplification of vendor interaction, Videxim expects to reduce labor input of the business operations connected with analytics and accounting, approximately for 20%.

The Videxim holding is going to pass using SAP Business One from "scrappy" automation to a single platform for management of key business processes and also work of warehouses, vendor interaction and partners, development of a branch network. Besides, a system allows to support customer interaction at all stages of a sales cycle, to unify and centralize processes of management accounting and reporting, accounting of purchases, the movement of goods between warehouses, managements of assembly production.

In total in a system about 100 users will work at the same time. Within the project migration of historical data from earlier used business applications, integration with external IT solutions, complex testing of the created ERP platform and user training is carried out.
