One of publishing houses of Belarus of Zvyazd implemented the Electronic DELO system

Publishing organization "Zvyazda publishing house in 2015 automated document flow based on EDMS "Electronic DELO". As software provider and the contractor of the project the company "Electronic Case", the partner EOS GROUP of century acted Belarus.

RIU "Zvyazda publishing house – one of the largest publishing houses of Republic of Belarus. Thanks to activity of Zvyazda about 10 periodicals and several cells of books annually are published. The "Electronic DELO" selected by this organization for document management is localization of the CASE system taking into account precepts of law and methodical requirements existing in Republic of Belarus.

In 2015 "The Zvyazda publishing house became the client of Electronic DELO company which is the author of this localization. In the course of implementation of EDMS work of the receiving head where the most part of documents of the organization is registered is automated and it is controlled onto their execution. EDMS allowed to refuse journal registration, to organize fast and convenient accounting and control of the performed documents and also search of necessary information on base of documents. According to the staff of publishing house, increase in efficiency and increase in performing discipline through use of function of control of orders of the head means of the Electronic DELO system became the most notable change in work.

Automation of work with citizens' appeals and legal entities became distinctive feature of this project. The most part of citizens' appeals which are received by publishing house is letters from readers and subscribers who contain information on any problems or public questions. "About response of officials to critical performances in the state media" the staff of publishing house sends such appeals according to the Decree of the President of Republic of Belarus of December 5, 1997 No. 630 responsible for the solution of the questions of the organization mentioned in the address or to state body. At setup of a system reflection of the movement of such documents required special attention and creation of the non-standard scheme of work with document groups on citizens' appeals.

One of important parts of the project was installation of jobs of EDMS for the management of organization that allowed to accelerate consideration of documents after registration and to exclude excessive replication of paper documents. The publishing house also began work within the system of interdepartmental document flow, using the module of integration of SMDO from Elektronnoye DELO LLC. The success of implementation gives the chance to assume further scaling of a system and expansion of the used functionality.
