Andoc placed in a cloud of IT-Grad of SaaS services of document management

The company "Andoc" — the certified partner "DocsVision" — proposes the solution of own development within service EDMS DocsVision available in the SaaS model. The solution passed test by the staff of DocsVision and is available from the directory of vendor. For security and reliability of data of clients virtual infrastructure of service in lease of DocsVision is placed in a cloud "IT-GRAD" (IaaS), based on DPC DataSpace the Tier III level.

Within the project in the context of the selected virtual environment in a cloud of IT-GRAD made the ready-made solution for a set of tasks of work with documents, business processes and instructions. As a part of service the client receives the virtual server with the preset server operating system, the database, the workflow system with the components necessary for the customer, and the mail service providing sending electronic correspondence and notifications for mailboxes of clients.

Cooperation began with assessment of dynamics of use of cloud services, marketing researches, studying of adjacent sectors, including cloud accounting systems, budgeting systems. Then own solution based on DocsVision was developed, the choice of the supplier of cloud services and testing of virtual infrastructure is performed. And as result — signing of the contract on partnership about IT-GRAD and providing a cloud service of "DocsVision in lease".
