Product "MESbyMEAT: Operational management of food production" it is intended for process automation of registration of transactions of acceptance of the inventory stocks (IS) for a warehouse, relocation of MPZ between production divisions, conversion of some MPZ to others.

Main industry functionality of the program:

  • Registration of transactions of acceptance of a raw meat from suppliers with automatic taking of weight, photography of a raw meat on scales, accounting of quality characteristics of a raw meat and formation of the passport of a batch;
  • Transfer of a raw meat from the refrigerator in production with a possibility of formation of new batches;
  • Accounting of defrosting of a raw meat;
  • Registration of transactions of a boning and trimming of a raw meat with formation of new batches for the semi-finished products received during cutting;
  • Control of observance of a compounding on section of standardization of a raw meat;
  • Control of observance of a compounding by drawing up sets of spices and accounting of transfer of sets of spices to production;
