2017: DFMPro 4.4 for Creo Parametric
On January 9, 2017 the Geometric company released the version of DFMPro 4.4 for Creo Parametric.
In this version of DFMPro:
- DFMPro makes the analysis on technological effectiveness in the course of creation or modification of ficher (for a certain rule set)
- The module DFMPro Report supports Microsoft Excel 2016
- Graphic visualization of problem areas of construction is improved
- The feature for implementation of search in the manager of rules is added
- Rules in the following modules are added and finished

DFMPro 4.2 для Creo Parametric
On June 30, 2016 it became known of release of release of DFMPro 4.2 by Geometric company for Creo Parametric.
In this release DFMPro helps to check production areas for technological effectiveness:
- machining (milling, turning, drilling),
- casting,
- casting under pressure,
- production from the sheet,
- additive technologies,
- assembly,
- pipelines

Description
DFMPro is the solution DFM/DFA integrated into CAD which makes construction assessment on technological effectiveness, collecting, a possibility of service. DFMPro helps designers to reveal those structural elements which production will be connected with emergence of difficulties, high cost for blueprint stage, or in general it is impossible. It allows to avoid structural elements which sharply influence cost, quality and time of an exit of products for the market.
DFMPro makes assessment of different production processes of processing (milling, turning, drilling), casting under pressure, welding, production of products from sheet metal and assembly. DFMPro supports the following neutral formats of data: Parasolid, ACIS (.SAT), IGES and STEP.
