The product "Docnet" is intended for expansion of opportunities of standard configurations Enterprise accounting, edition 3.0 and Accounting department of public institution, edition 2.0.

"Docnet" is the system of optical character recognition intended for automation of stream input of primary act documents the consignment note, the invoice, the universal transfer document in the accounting system of 1C: Enterprise, it is based on technology of scanning and text recognition. After recognition of the document automatic search of the elements which are already existing in base – partners, the organizations, material stocks, units of measure, etc. and also filling of reference books with missing elements on the basis of data from the printing carrier and creation of the receipt documents ready to carrying out is run. The scanner is necessary for use of the program, use of in advance scanned documents is also possible.

Additional opportunities – archive the scan copies of primary documents, a possibility of role input of documents with selection to users of separate stages, for example: scanning, recognition, reconciliation with information base, creation of the documents "1C: Enterprise".

Integration into the 1C: Enterprise system is made using external processing.

The product "Docnet" is not independent, it is necessary to have for its work set the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform and the engine of recognition of ABBYY Flexi Engine (it is included in delivery).

The program is protected program or the hardware key and has the fragments which are not subject to change by the user.
