Ramzan Kadyrov about results of use of a system of accounting of the state and municipal property

The Governor of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov studied in May, 2016 the first results of implementation of an automated system of accounting of the state and municipal property of "SAUMI". Implementation of "SAUMI" allows to increase efficiency of accounting according to lease agreements and charges on them.

"When we only began to implement a system, the outstanding amount made more than 100 million rubles. Now, thanks to the carried-out work, debt which many times exceeds the specified amount is revealed. It says that a system successfully works, but it is necessary to carry out this work more effectively. This program allowed to reveal enough reserves for replenishment of local budgets", – Ramzan Kadyrov commented on implementation results.

Implementation of the SAUMI PC in the Chechen Republic began at the end of 2015. A system automates activities for property management, the land and property relations of city districts, municipal districts, city and rural settlements of the Chechen Republic regarding accumulation, processing, storage and data analysis about the land plots and property which are owned by municipal (state).
