Scheme of work: the framework agreement then the personal manager is attached to the client is signed. On the next stage it is necessary to create the request for specialists, having defined their optimal number, qualification, the region, working costs, terms. After the statement of specialists control of completion of works is exercised and at the final stage job evaluation, payment of services of the intermediary company and services of specialists is made.
