The Comcor-TV telecommunication company providing the services under the name of Akado began use of the module "Registration of personnel" of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV system. Implementation was performed by specialists of Praktik Settlement center.
Comcor-TV uses the Microsoft Dynamics NAV system since 2000. Accounting, management of finance, warehouse, management of capital construction were during this time automated. HR records and payroll were conducted so far in the system of own development which ceased to meet requirements of the company.
According to project participants, Microsoft Dynamics NAV provides accounting of a large number of regular and freelance employees. In a system the complete chain operation on work with personnel - search and hiring of employees, maintaining the staff list and sheets of working time, payroll, bonuses and compensations is implemented. The software product provides the standard and internal reporting under the personnel, formation of employment contracts on the basis of templates in the Microsoft Word format. Thanks to integration with Microsoft Office of Visio 2003 the staff list can be visually presented in the form of the org chart with the mentioned blank vacancies. Data exchange with the system of corporate electronic document management is adjusted.
