Orange Business Services, the international service provider, announced in the spring of 2016 project completion of implementation of the mobile platform of the reporting in the Russian representative office of Clarins Group that allowed to increase daily productivity of work of consultants of the company by 23% along with their loyalty to a brand.
Consultants of Clarins from more than 240 cities of Russia traditionally transferred reports from sales points through Orange Business Services IVR service in the voice mode. In 2015, having analyzed needs of the customer, Orange suggested to pass Clarins to creation of reports using mobile application to increase efficiency of a command, having refused data transmission on voice communication channels. In a project deliverable time for preparation and transfer of reports was reduced, expenses on a domestic long distance communication decreased by 80%, load of technical support specialists who were regularly forced to process requests for error correction in voice reports before decreased.
The application interface issued in corporate Clarins Group style was adapted for work on all popular mobile platforms. Security of confidential data, especially in case of loss or theft of the mobile device, were provided due to implementation of the platform by cloud EMM (Enterprise Mobility Management) from Orange Buisness Services — Device Management Premium, based on the MobileIron platform. The solution allowed to separate memory of each smartphone into two segments — for corporate applications and personal. As a result all work with the reporting is conducted in the isolated information space, and corporate data are never crossed with private applications and personal information of employees.
Within the project specialists of Orange connected service of a geolocation which sends data on location of employees together with the report. Also an opportunity for regional representatives of the company to attach to reports of the photo from shops in real time was implemented.
