On May 23, 2016 the Positive-IT company announced project completion on adaptation of budget model for the LEND trading company (SPb).
Project Progress
The management of the enterprise was faced by a problem of transition from the MS Excel to the specialized financial program with the maximum automation of budget calculations. For the purposes of automation the BIT software product was selected . Finance on the 1C Platform Enterprise 8. In six months specialists Positive-IT created a common information space for participants of budget process – 10 shops, production and managerial divisions and financial service of the head company. According to a task and specifics of activity of the customer the standard block of budgeting was finished: the implemented system allows to execute automatically difficult calculations distributions of planned costs, to prepare a consolidated budget and to predict options of a financial status of the enterprise.
Project Results:
- The budget model of the company for the purposes of automation in the BIT system is adapted. Finance;
- Forms for introduction of planned data of divisions by objects and other necessary analytics are automated, more than 70 operating budgets with automation of all calculations and the budget reporting are configured;
- Such requirements of budget planning as are automated:
- Investment calculations and monitoring of a payback period of the project, including with automatic implementation of credit operations at approach of the set conditions;
- Automatic planning of revenues of the budget depending on the set business indicators (an average bill, the number of visitors, etc.)
- Procedures of allocation of costs between divisions with an opportunity to manage rules for apportionment and methods of calculations of articles;
- Difficult calculations of costs for lease, including taking into account business volumes; accounting of floor and production area for reference of costs.
- Separation of operational and investment circuits of activity of the company for preparation of the separate management reporting.
- Users are trained in work in a new system.
