BioLink BioTime is implemented on production of network of Teremok fast food St. Petersburg

BioTime is integrated about 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management; automation of formation of the sheet of a time recording lowered load of accountants; application of biometrics allowed to consider correctly the facts of processings for the subsequent payment and awarding.

The BioLink Solutions company announced in May, 2016 implementation of a biometric system of accounting of working time of BioTime in Teremok network — one of the largest federal networks of public catering (the second place on number of points in Russia). Teremok services visitors in the fast casual format: the frozen semi-finished products are not used, and pancakes, porridges, home-cooked and children's meals, other dishes prepare only after the order.

Thus, the factor of time plays an important role in activity of network, and for a time recording of the staff of Teremok selected the biometric BioTime system. At the first stage of implementation BioTime the object to analyze actual position with observance of the working schedule by employees was set and reached. The acquired information promoted acceptance of management decisions, including optimization of number of staff in a working shift. Afterwards drawing up the sheet of a time recording was automated that lowered load of accountants.

Time of arrival of employees of production for work and leaving from it fixes the biometric BioLink FingerPass V8 terminal. It is equipped with the optical fingerprint scanner, the color TFT display and buttons for registration of the beginning and the end of additional events — a lunch break, a local business trip, etc. The terminal informs the employee on results of biometric identification by display reports, sound signals and voice notifications. The image of a fingerprint will be transformed to digital model; the return transformation of model in the image is impossible.

The time recording is completely automated, and its results — are exact and reliable that is explained by advantages of biometric technologies: it is impossible neither to forget a fingerprint unlike the card or the PIN code, nor "to lend" to the colleague that he noted arrival/leaving for himself and all others. The main result of implementation of BioTime in Teremka is seen that application of a biometric time recording eliminated errors at payroll to the employees and allowed to consider correctly the facts of processings for the subsequent payment and awarding. In other words, all benefited from use of biometrics — both personnel, and administrations.

The biometric terminal broadcasts data on arrivals and goings of employees on the BioTime server. In Teremok network automatic data exchange between the BioTime server and the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management system is configured; the module of 1C integration from the delivery of a biometric system of accounting of working time was taken as a basis. Managers of network prepare the necessary reporting in 1C or receive by e-mail.
