JSC Azotremmash is the enterprise for production of spare parts to the equipment of import large-capacity units on production of mineral fertilizers and to the equipment of the enterprises of petrochemistry, oil processing and power (May, 2016).

Content

History

1992

In 1992 the plant was transformed to the Tolyatti production association "Azotremmash". By this time at the plant the following divisions were finally created:

  • Special Design Bureau (SDB)
  • Workshop of the utilities, heat-exchanging and non-standard equipment (TSETINO)
  • Machine-assembling Workshop (MAW)
  • Specialized repair and mounting department (TSRMNU)

In compliance with the Decree of the Russian President of July 1, 1992 No. 721 the Tolyatti production association "Azotremmash" will be transformed to Azotremmash public joint stock company. Now JSC Azotremmash is a part of TogliattiAzot Ltd corporation, integrating such large enterprises as JSC TogliattiAzot, JSC Volgotsemmash, JSC Transammiak, etc.

1978

In 1978 the mechanical-repair plant "Azotzapchast" is brought out of structure of software Kuybyshevazot and transformed to the independent enterprise - the Tolyatti mechanical-repair plant "Azotzapchast" with subordination of VO Soyuzazot of the Ministry of chemical industry by the USSR (the right receiver of the Ministry of production of mineral fertilizers).

1976: Creation of the company

On the fourth of June, 1976 order No. 108 of All-union association of the nitric industry of the Ministry of chemical industry of the USSR as a part of Kuybyshevazot production association Togliatti created the mechanical-repair plant "Azotzapchast".

The plant was created for the purpose of reduction of currency expenses on acquisition of spare parts on import and their timely production, including development of design-technology documentation for the purchased large-capacity productions of ammonia, a carbamide, the nitroammofoski, methanol, a caprolactam.
