On a technology platform of provider of services of remote banking Faktura.ru in the spring of 2016 the Internet bank for corporate clients of the Russia's first Center of partner banking which opening took place in Kazan in March of the current year is brought into operation. Tatarstan was selected from quality of the pilot region, and PJSC Tatfondbank and Tatagroprombank LLC – as the credit institutions implementing the project.
The center of partner banking is created with assistance of Tatfondbank, the Bank of Russia, National bank across the Republic of Tatarstan, the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Islamic Development Bank (Saudi Arabia)
Key difference of partner banking from usual credit institutions that it is more likely the investment, leasing and trading company in one person. For income acquisition the financial institution should be the share project participant, completely separating risks and awards of the financed enterprise, or to participate in trade and to profit by a margin between cost value of purchase of goods and the price of its implementation. Under laws of partner banking, trade operations according to the list of goods containing among others alcohol and tobacco products are not financed.
The center of partner banking provides the list of services. So, financing on purchase of the car and the real estate, opening and account management, debit cards, different types of money transfers, acceptance of payments, purchase of coins from precious metals and other services is available to private clients.
Corporate clients of the Center of partner banking can use the same services, as legal entities in other banks. The Internet bank provides round-the-clock the access to accounts of the organization from any place in the world, control of a status of accounts using SMS service - and E-mail of notifications, monitoring of the status of processing of all documents in real time. The Internet bank has the multistage protection constructed on the mechanism of multifactor authentication of the client and the electronic signature.
Interfaces of Internet bank, including taking into account features not only terminology, but also the principles of work of the partner banking which is not operating with such concepts as, for example, "percent" or "credit" were customized and optimized. In lack of the concept of "loan interests" receiving by the client income from financial activities in the system of partner banking is always connected with acceptance on itself an investment risk and does not depend only on such factors as the duration of the agreement and its amount.
