2016: Integrated management of expenses

On September 28, 2016 the Businessresheniye company announced project completion of creation of the integrated automated system "Integrated management of expenses" at the Red Banner plant (Ryazan).

The created automated system includes 200 automated jobs.

Within the project the following types of activity are automated:

  • production management;
  • management of price-work dresses;
  • calculation of salary;
  • accounting;
  • purchase management;
  • management of contractual commitments.

The third queue of the project included production management and purchase management.

2013

Project Tasks:

  • All services and responsible persons of the Enterprise involved in management of work operate with the uniform normative reference information and register the primary documents in the centralized automated system.
  • Accounting of labor documents (including price-work dresses) is made in real time.
  • Filling of price-work dresses is performed automatically on the basis of labor regulations, wage rates and conditions of awarding.
  • The management can receive analytical reports about forecast and actual salary on each worker, division, a type of products, cost element during month under report (but not after its end).

Project solutions:

  • Program and information complex of an automated system is implemented on 1C: Enterprise platform and consists of two interconnected applied configurations:
  • For registration of starting data about employee transfers, data on work within a month and also for final settlement and charge of salary on all workers the standard applied 1C: Payroll and HR Management configuration (AS of ZUP) is used.
  • For maintaining labor regulations on transactions of technical process, the automated registration and accounting of execution of price-work dresses the special automated system "Accounting of dresses" (AS of UN) interacting with AS of ZUP at the programming layer is created.
  • ASSORTED ZUP work the staff of administrative divisions of the Enterprise, including HR department, bureau of calculation of salary, department of job management and salary. (OTIZ).
  • ASSORTED "Accounting of dresses" works the administrative personnel of workshops participating in execution of price-work orders and distribution of FOT between workers (the staff of labor office and the salary of workshop, masters of sections of workshop, foremen, controllers of workshop). On behalf of the assorted Management of UN representatives of OTIZ of the Enterprise work.
