"The regional fund of an overhaul of Altai Republic" completed system implementation of management of an overhaul

The Etton company began with spring of 2016 implementation of information systems in work of regional fund of an overhaul of Altai Republic. The project of automation is implemented on building block system "the Region. Electronic housing and public utilities".

Software product "Region. The electronic housing and public utilities" create unified information environment for management and control of housing sector. Provides collecting of up-to-date information, the analysis of a status, upgrade and reforming of a housing and utilities sector.

Within project implementation in Altai Republic three modules — "Monitoring of Housing Stock", "Formation of Regional Programs" and Billing Center are implemented.

Automated systems of Etton company resolve the main issues in the field of an overhaul of Altai Republic: provide control of use of money, give the chance of monitoring of a priority of capital repair according to regulating documents and also collect the complete information about a status of housing stock. Besides, in information product there are necessary conditions for strategic foresight, planning and development of the sphere of an overhaul.

The uniform regional base of technical data sheets of houses is created and the technique of creation of a priority of overhaul is developed. In the module "Billing Center" account of the added and raised funds for major repairs within municipalities, apartment houses and separate households will be kept, told in the company.

System "Region. The electronic housing and public utilities" are included into the official register of the Russian software. This qualifier includes software products which correspond to criteria of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation within import substitution policy.

Project Results

On January 26, 2017 the Etton company announced project completion of automation of Regional fund of an overhaul of Altai Republic^[1].

Government of Altai Republic, (2015)

The company contractor implemented the automated control system for an overhaul of apartment houses of Altai Republic. The customer uses a complex "the Region. Electronic housing and public utilities" for work in the main directions of the sphere of an overhaul of Altai Republic:

• control of use of money
• monitoring of a priority of capital repair according to regulating documents.
