EPH-International expanded use of EDMS THESIS four times

In September, 2015 the St. Petersburg exhibition agency "Expoforum-International" implemented EDMS THESIS. Several months of use of the Russian EDMS later the company management made the decision on scaling of a system, having purchased four times more than licenses.

The Eph-International company operates with two large exhibition platforms to St. Petersburg: Lenexpo exhibition complex and congress and exhibition center "Expoforum". On these platforms there take place more than 160 events a year, from them about 80 congress and exhibition, and from them the company carries out a third. Besides, the company will successfully organize the Russian exposures and business programs abroad, in particular, in Europe and Southeast Asia. So, exactly EPH-International South Korea presented the Russian exposure at the World EXPO 2012 specialized Fair in Yosu. EPH-International is among the large "non-oil" companies of St. Petersburg: the number of her employees exceeds 250 people, and the annual turnover makes up to 2 billion rubles. The structure of the company includes nine directorates under control of which there are 45 departments. Besides, the organization has 5 subsidiary companies.

The organization of electronic document management in such branched structure requires the scalable, productive and failsafe platform that is important – the Russian production as the company actively supports import substitution policy of the Government of the Russian Federation and holds exhibitions of the Russian products. EDMS THESIS from the Russian developer Haulmont to which the company passed from the import platform based on Microsoft SharePoint became such platform since fall of 2015 for the company. In questions of import substitution between the Customer and the developer the full consent as EDMS THESIS is a product of the Russian development was established, and the Haulmont company supports import substitution policy, providing large discounts upon transition to EDMS THESIS from import platforms.

A system was implemented in EPH-International in September, 2015 by efforts of the Customer with consulting participation from the developer (in particular, training of administrators and a number of users). At the beginning of October, 2015 EDMS was at once started in active industrial use.

Initially in the company Expanded edition of a system on 50 simultaneous connections was implemented that partially ensured functioning of head office of the company in the item Shushary near St. Petersburg. Several months later the company made the decision to expand use of a system to increase the number of the employees who are at the same time using EDMS and to connect the child organizations to a system.

Within scaling the number of simultaneous connections was expanded four times - to 200. 10 VIP-licenses giving the accessibility to a system from any device regardless of the number of the connected users, and 5 licenses for Mobile version of EDMS THESIS were in addition purchased. Besides, the company purchased the solution THESIS: The portal for creation of a corporate portal for employees.
