MiTek automated a full stroke of contract activities in "RPKB"

2018: Automation of contract activities

On March 26, 2018 the MiTek company announced carrying out the project on automation of contract activities in JSC RPKB. The project covered processes on initial data, to contractual, accounting and finance documents. All works were carried out in close integration of DIRECTUM 5.2.1. and 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8:3.

JSC RPKB is a designer of technically difficult equipment for helicopters and unmanned aerial vehicles. On a number of the RPKB perspective projects works in close cooperation with world leading manufacturers of avionics. For the purpose of ensuring easy, convenient and transparent work with agreements of partners the company automated all cycle of contract activities in the DIRECTUM ECM system. The MiTek company acted as the contractor of the project.

Results of automation of the contractual block in JSC RPKB

MiTek developed the volume module which covered all chain of contract activities of RPKB.

Within the project:

1. linear maintaining agreements Is configured.
2. the interrelation of all contractual, accounting and finance documents among themselves Is provided.
3. the archive of the agreements distributed on projects Is created.
4. a stroke coding and automatic input of paper documents in DIRECTUM Is implemented.
5. Are integrated by DIRECTUM and 1S and transition between systems in 1 cliques is provided.
6. It is provided operational information about agreement performance and the related accounting and finance documents.
7. easy formation of document packages for the inspecting bodies Is provided.
8. automatic formation of summary reports for acceptance of management decisions Is configured.

In addition to structurization and a regulation of processes, transition to the automated form of maintaining agreements allowed RPKB to reduce the number of routine transactions and accelerated time of consideration and approval of all documents on the project. Labor costs of accountants and financiers are optimized, emergence of discrepancies and defects according to documents is excluded and convenient control of execution of accounting and financial liabilities is provided.

2017: Control automation by personnel processes

At the beginning of 2017 MiTek completed implementation of technical solution "Personnel processes" for HR department of Ramenskogo priborostroitelnogo konstruktorskogo byuro (JSC RPKB). During the project 3 processes on work with a talent pool and personnel of the company were developed. The project is successfully brought into commercial operation.

The policy of JSC RPKB in relation to personnel is a component of general strategy of the enterprise. The basis of human resource management is formed by preserving of skilled workers, continuous increase in professional qualification and competence of specialists, formation of a talent pool from among own specialists of the enterprise and involvement of young university graduates.

Now carries out the main part of works with personnel of JSC RPKB century To an ECM system DIRECTUM. The company successfully automated 3 business processes on human resource management based on technical solution "Personnel processes". The MiTek company acted as integrator of the solution

During the research specialists of MiTek thoroughly studied processes of search and personnel recruitment, the procedure of acceptance of employees of JSC RPKB. On the basis of data retrieveds modification of technical solution "Personnel processes" and its adaptation under requirements of the company was executed. During the project are automated:

• requests for search and personnel recruitment;
• requests for acceptance of the worker;
• zayavkina employee transfer, transfer, change of payment terms of work, establishment of surcharges, allowances.

With implementation of the project specialists of Bureau received the convenient management tool personnel processes having accurate routing, strict distribution of powers and appointment responsible for each process step from collecting, approval and the approval of requests for search of new employees before appointments of specialists to a new position.

In the long term JSC RPKB is going to configure integration with a corporate portal from which in the automatic mode requests from those workers who are not registered in the DIRECTUM system will arrive and go on route. And also to expand the list of the automated personnel processes.

2016: Expansion of functionality of the Directum system

In May, 2016 Ramenskoye Instrument-making Design Office (RIMDO) announced further development of the ECM systems Directum. It is planned in two key directions: work with contractual documents and primary financial documentation.

Process automation of work with agreements will allow:

• reduce terms of approval of documents;
• simplify control procedures of approval and signing of documents by partners;
• organize archive storage of agreements in electronic form;
• to automatically connect in a system agreements with the associated documentation;
• control execution of conditions on the signed agreement.

It is going to configure integration of Directum with the accounting system of 1C: all changes made to documents in one of systems will be automatically broadcast in another that will save contractors from double work.

Staff of bureau will be able:

• to bring quickly in a system and to process the arriving paper documentation;
• to quickly approve documents;
• control execution of conditions and works on documents.

As integrator the guide of RPKB attracted MiTek company, the general partner of Directum.

200 employees of the main enterprise to Ramenskoye and remote branches will work with new functionality of the Directum system.
