Powercom of Smart King Pro + (SPT and SPR series)

2019: Updating of lineups of SPR LCD and SPT II/SPT II LCD

The Powercom company announced on November 6, 2019 updating of a line of the Smart King PRO+ UPS. The producer provided linearly - interactive UPSes with a net sinusoid.

The line which is released on the Russian market has the broad range of capacities of the UPS - from 500BA to 3000BA and includes two lineups - SPR LCD and SPT II/SPT II LCD differing among themselves in a form factor. The SPR-1000 LCD/SPR-1500 LCD/SPR-2000 LCD/SPR-3000 LCD models are executed in the universal body and intended for installation in standard 19" a rack or vertically (supports in a set). There is also floor option - it is the SPT-500-II/SPT-700-II/SPT-1000-II LCD/SPT-1500-II LCD/SPT-2000-II LCD/SPT-3000-II LCD models.

In addition to the updated design of the body, now all devices of a series have the raised PF=0.8 electrical power factor, and models with power from 1000BA are equipped with the LCD display for convenience of condition monitoring of the UPS and a coupled load.

Uninterruptible power supply units of Smart King PRO + are executed on linearly - interactive technology and have a net sinusoid at the exit. The built-in power conditioner (AVR) supports voltage output within regulation, without using a resource of accumulators at fluctuation of tension of the power supply network with the broad range. Models of a series are distinguished by a large number of output sockets (from 5 to 8) of IEC320 C13 type, existence of ports of USB, RS-232 connection and also the internal slot for installation of the SNMP card at the senior models (from 1000BA). Broad range of capacities of the UPS of this series allows to solve all range of problems of protection and ensuring continuous operation of the computer equipment, network equipment and other computing and telecommunication equipment (with power up to 3000BA), supporting thus crucial processes of the organization.

On May 31, 2016 the Powercom company announced release of the Powercom UPS series: SPT-500.

UPSes of the SMART KING series of PRO+ belong to floor linearly - to interactive devices with a net sinusoid at the exit and have the reduced abbreviation of SPT.

SPT-500 are younger the representative of the PRO+ SMART KING series, but have enough advantages: a large number of output sockets, popular ports of connection (USB, RS-232), the built-in power conditioner (AVR) supporting voltage output within regulation without using a resource of accumulators at fluctuation of tension of the power supply network.

Degree of protection

• High-voltage impulses of small duration – dissipate 320 J lasting 2 ms;
• Protection against an overload and short circuit – the input time cut-out for protection of electronic circuits;
• The increased power supply network tension – the lowering transformer winding of AVR (auto voltage regulation);
• The lowered power supply network tension – overwinding of the AVR transformer (auto voltage regulation);
• Loss of tension of the power supply network – work from internal rechargeable batteries;
• Electromagnetic and radio-frequency interferences – are filtered by the filter which is built in by EMI/RFI.
