2017
Businessresheniye Group is selected as maintenance service provider of corporate automated systems from JSC Spetsremont holding in 2017 within the purchase placed on the platform zakupki.gov.
In JSC Spetsremont holding in operation there are already several corporate automated systems implemented by Businessresheniye Group. The following areas are automated:
- procurement management;
- cash management and budget management (expenditure management);
- centralized operation by stocks.
At the beginning of 2017 start in operation of AS of accounting and tax accounting and also system of centralized operation is planned by performance of contracts.
Accounting block
Within the second release of EKI of an ACS for JSC Spetsremont the accounting block was brought into operation. As a result of start since the beginning of 2017 24 affiliated enterprises of Spetsremont holding were connected to work in a single corporate system of management.
Creation of EKI of an ACS for Spetsremont holding provides accounting unification, inventory management centralization, control over the implementation of contract commitments on GOZ and also centralized operation by settlement with partners. By this moment the most part of the planned areas is automated.
2016
Release of the uniform corporate integrated automated control system (ACS EKI)
Businessresheniye Group announced in November start of the first release of the uniform corporate integrated automated control system (ACS EKI) for Spetsremont holding in commercial operation. Within a stage an object "Centralized operation by stocks" was automated and also the technical specifications on the second release of EKI of an ACS which end is expected at the end of December are made.
As a result of implementation of the enterprise of Spetsremont holding passed to maintaining needs for purchase and approval of requests for automation of payments using the uniform reference book of the nomenclature of holding.
Process of carrying out inventory for the purpose of assorted accounting of stocks of the enterprise and use of stocks of the child organizations for a covering of requirements of holding was started.
The technical specifications on the second release of EKI of an ACS include automation of two objects:
- Accounting and tax accounting.
- Centralized operation by performance of contracts.
Within automation of accounting and tax accounting by this moment inspection of techniques of accounting is executed and the uniform methodology of accounting using a standard configuration 1C: Accounting CORP is created.
Within control automation performance of contracts plans creation of the system allowing to perform planning of execution of orders, to control accomplishment of plans and to timely take the measures directed to accomplishment of tasks of plans at the scheduled time.
In general, creation of EKI of an ACS for Spetsremont holding provides accounting unification, inventory management centralization, control over the implementation of contract commitments on GOZ and also centralized operation by settlement with partners.
Efficiency evaluation the EXPERT of HENS on JSC Spetsremont is complete
In October efficiency evaluation of AS "Corporate management by expenses" in JSC Spetsremont is completed. Automation objects of a system are operational management of a funds expenditure and budgeting of the enterprise. AS covers more than 30 enterprises of holding for all territory of the Russian Federation.
Based on assessment the conclusion about effective use of AS of functionality added in the current release was made:
- obtaining data on cash amounts which can be placed on deposits;
- accounting of money and payments according to Federal law 275-FZ.
Besides, further ways of development of AS regarding an automation object "Budgeting of subsidiaries" were planned.
The first release of EKI of an ACS for Spetsremont holding is put into trial operation
In the fall of 2016 the 1st release of the Single corporate integrated automated system of accounting and management (ACS EKI) in Spetsremont holding is put into trial operation.
This release of AS allows management company of holding to exercise centralized operation of stocks in warehouses of subsidiaries. Now the subsidiary can use loose stocks of other society as a part of holding for satisfaction of the arisen production requirement. For this purpose in management company the uniform directory of the nomenclature of objects of purchase and consumption of the enterprises of holding is supported. 25 subsidiaries are connected to a system.
In general, creation of EKI of an ACS of Spetsremont holding provides accounting unification, inventory management centralization, control over the implementation of contract commitments on GOZ and also centralized operation by settlement with partners.
2015: Automation of corporate management by purchases in Spetsremont holding
The project assumed creation in holding of the automated system (AS) "Corporate management by purchases".
The purpose of creation of AS — to provide control of purchases of subsidiaries and to organize the centralized purchases of the most demanded products.
The EXPERT assumes the following functionality:
- In a system collecting and the centralized approval of requirement of subsidiaries for purchase of products is organized.
- On each element of requirement the management company can select procurement authority: subsidiary or management company.
- From the approved elements of directly assorted requirement purchasing lots form.
- All agreements of subsidiaries on purchase of products undergo approval in management company.
- At approval of the agreement compliance of the specification of the signed agreement to structure of the purchasing lot created in a system is automatically controlled.
- A system is completely centralized. All information is processed and stored in the uniform information base managed by IT service of parent organization.
- Access for representatives of subsidiaries to a system will be organized in the form of the web interface via the Internet browser.
- The key normative reference information is kept by representatives of parent organization.
- The created system is integrated with an electronic document management system of management company in which there should undergo approval agreements of subsidiaries. Results of approval should be transmitted to main system automatically.
The EXPERT is expected 200 automated jobs.
Application of AS allowed:
- to completely prevent formation of illiquid stocks of Inventories;
- more than twice to accelerate turnover of Inventories at the enterprises of holding;
- completely and timely to execute the production program of 2015.
