PAK OHPD Vseslav represents server solution which purpose is collecting, processing, indexing and a personal data storage, received from different sources (a photo, video, scanning). Use of a HSS will allow the government and commercial structures to provide the high level of security during the work with personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation and other states according to requirements of the law N152-FZ.
The complex hardware in a basic complete set is the 4-processor Elbrus-4.4 server on the basis of the processor Elbrus-4C. A program part PAK OHPD Vseslav includes Elbrus OS, a specialized software of recognition and document handling proving the identity DBMS PostgreSQL, a set of system utilities and work benches of development.
The software of Smart Engines company applied in PAK OHPD Vseslav provides high quality and speed of recognition the scanned and photographed documents given on images and also in the video sequences due to program and algorithmic optimization taking into account specifics of microprocessors Elbrus-4C.
PAK OHPD Vseslav can form a basis for the protected work with personal data with the guaranteed protection against access for the third parties. The set of the system software of a complex is certified on the 2nd level of control of NDV and the 2nd class of security from NSD.
