Testpribor Ltd since 2007 works in the field of the knowledge-intensive production connected with industrial electronics. The solution "1C: Trade Management 8" complete with 1C: Accounting the 8 programs and "became its basis 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8".
Development of the block of production and inventory operational accounting, improvement of already automated processes in selling and purchasing areas, implementation of the block of financial accounting became a main goal. The company management Testpribor asked for the help in company "1C Architect of business".
Specialists of "1C Architect of business" studied the working information system, analyzed needs of staff of Testpribor company for additional business process automation, developed technical specifications on completion of the solution "1C: Trade Management 8" and then implemented the project on its basis. In the 1C: Trade Management 8 system blocks of sales and purchases of component parts and the equipment, accounting of income and costs on developmental works were finished. Business processes regarding inventory and management accounting were automated, completions are made for synchronization of "1C: Trade Management 8" with the 1C: Accounting 8 program for the purpose of automation of transactions of regulated accounting. Specialists of "1C Architect of business" trained personnel, configured access rights for users. In total 20 jobs were automated.
As a result of improvement of work of an information system all operational accounting was united in Testpribor companies, business processes became more transparent. As sales departments and purchases, a warehouse and laboratory work in a single system now, the personnel do not spend time for refining of information or its transfer to other divisions. Control of the movement of stocks amplified: to interested persons in the online mode data, for example, on revenues to a warehouse of new products or about a successful completion of their certification and the release for shipment are available to customers.
