To Bureau of medico-social examination of Tatarstan successfully there went the software update of a management system for queue of NeuroniQ developed by Technologies of the Future company.
41 territorial subdivisions are a part of Bureau, each of which is connected to the centralized control system of flows of patients. Record on survey is made through the uniform web service integrated with the electronic schedule of work of experts. The interface of prerecording is used by over 150 treatment and prevention facilities of the Republic.
Acceptance by specialists is conducted on the electronic queue integrated with an access control system. Only those citizens who were called by means of an electronic queue have access to the corresponding offices. The algorithm of a call, the direction on acceptance and notifications of visitors is developed so that completely to exclude errors and violations of regulations of work of organization.
Feature of the solution is the automated mechanism of regulation of a client flow when the number of the coupons of prerecording issued to patients corresponds to the schedule and opportunities of service of experts in each specific department, taking into account their working schedule on date and time of the actual appearance of the patient. A system has powerful analytical potential, allowing to trace all events arising in connection with work of software and hardware modules and displaying them both in the form of dynamic online monitoring, and in a format of static reports. The special scheme of licensing giving the chance to work with the complete software package in volume of the provided functionality is applied to ensuring work of a complex.
