Implementation of the OPS project consists of the following stages:

Consulting

The project begins with carrying out detailed audit of the existing park of printing devices of the company. The staff of Konica Minolta collects and analyzes information on the installed equipment: types, models, age, meter readings. We consider arrangement of the equipment depending on structure of office and location of premises. We collect statistics on volume and types of printing (color, monochrome print, extent of filling of a print) and also we consider features of document flow of the company.

Based on audit we create optimal arrangement of the equipment taking into account loading and types of printing, notes and wishes of users and business; we consolidate printing volumes on the productive equipment with preserving of personal devices where it is necessary. Implementation

Monitoring is performed thanks to the GPRS installation of the modem without implementation in network of the customer.
