Specialists of "1C Architect of business" developed for VTB Bank of Moscow the universal module for data exchange with "salary" clients. As a result got rid of excess labor costs as clients of bank that positively affected their loyalty, and employees of the bank.

VTB Bank of Moscow (since May 10, 2016 JSC Bank of Moscow is reorganized in the form of accession to VTB bank) – one of the largest Russian banks. It is provided practically in all economically significant regions of the country, however Moscow and the Moscow region where now 133 offices of bank work remain a priority zone of its development. The main directions of development – service of the enterprises of small and medium business, providing financial services to the population. For the beginning of 2016 the bank had more than 200 thousand corporate clients.

Participants of salary projects should send to VTB Bank of Moscow three types of files regularly: on the payroll card issue, on salary transfer on cards, with information on the dismissed employees. All files are transferred in strictly certain format that employees of the bank could process quickly data and load them into a banking information system. Clients had to collect the necessary data manually or to involve programmers to writing of expensive processings. Besides, processings not always worked correctly, manual entry of data allowed errors, and accountants spent time and forces on verification of information as errors could turn back a delay in salary transfer on cards of employees.

To save the clients from excess costs and efforts, the management VTB Bank of Moscow decided to develop the universal module for data exchange between the banking system and programs of 1C which are most often used by clients of bank for regulated accounting and payroll calculation. As the partner for project implementation company "1C Architect of business" was selected.

As a result specialists of "1C Architect of business" developed the application in two weeks and kept within a framework of the selected budget. The module works with seven programs: "1C: Accounting" (editions 2.0 and 3.0), "1C: Payroll and HR Management" (editions 2.5 and 3.0), "1C: Accounting of autonomous organization", "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff", "1C: Integrated Automation", "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management". At the same time the module can work with these programs and in "cloud". At connection to the program of 1C in a workplace of the user the module itself defines type of the software and a necessary algorithm of unloading of data. Performs the module and the return exchange: loads from a banking system into information bases of clients of number of the issued payroll cards.

Specialists of "1C Architect of business" prepared the instruction for users, following which clients of bank quickly master work with the application. Already when conducting testing the module showed good results and significantly facilitated to corporate clients of bank work on collecting and unloading of "salary" data. As before sending information the application checks files for errors (whether everything parameters are filled, whether all numbers of the necessary length), accountants got rid of excessive labor costs, and the companies reduced risk of delays in salary transfer on cards of employees because of intermittent errors.

Labor costs and at personnel of the bank were reduced. As now files from clients come in a uniform format, data became easier to be processed. As a result the efficiency of salary transfer on cards of staff of the companies – clients of bank increased.
