On June 07, 2016 the company AT Consulting announced implementation in NetByNet a uniform ERP system based on products "1C: Payroll and HR Management" and "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management". During the AT Consulting project automated more than 200 detailed business processes and executed data transfer on 79 templates of converting.
The solution automates activities of the operator of fixed connection of NetByNet for five key areas of work of back office: accounting and tax accounting, management accounting, purchase management and warehouse, salary and personnel management and also management of finance and budgeting. In total in a system more than 200 detailed business processes are configured, more than 400 people from 2,500 employees of the company work.
Before implementation different types of accounting in NetByNet were conducted in several systems, essential labor costs on reconciliation and standardization of data were required during operational work and closing of the accounting periods. For optimization of activity of the company the decision on creation of a uniform information circuit for back office based on the ERP system was made.
Key characteristic of the project — rich functionality of the solution. For example, regarding accounting and tax accounting it covers calculations for payment systems and corporate cards, accounting of the VAT for installation and construction works and tax agents, accounting of settlement with partners by different the analyst, accounting of reserves and the invaluable equipment and other business processes.
Regarding management of finance and budgeting a system automates budget control (the income and expenditure budget — an income and expense budget and the budget of cash flow — BDDS); the subsystem of loading of planned data on BDR, BDDS from the MS Excel with adjustment of budgets and the plan fact the analysis is implemented; the approval subsystem (includes flexible configuration and routing, the notification on e-mail, role addressing) and also some other modules is created.
AT Consulting transferred data on the normative reference information and opening balances from the substituted systems on the following sections of accounting from different sources: salary and personnel management, inventory management and a warehouse, accounting and tax accounting of settlement with partners, a remaining balance of functional area Fixed assets under Russian accounting standards and IFRS.
During the project seven new companies joined NetByNet that required extra work on data migration in the consolidated ERP system. Also during implementation AT Consulting carried out integration of the ERP system with EDMS, CRM, billing and other resources.
We left from a scrappy IT landscape, having created the complete solution which will allow to centralize the vital processes. A system is developed taking into account features of the company which consists in distinctions of financial management depending on the direction — subscriber or office services. High-quality work on implementation and migration allowed us to pass without damage of primary activity to functioning in a new system. |
This important implementation in an ERP portfolio of our company. We implemented the complex project with elements of audit and consulting. Carried out parallel modification of other systems with which ERP was integrated. At the exit the customer has the powerful solution which will allow to optimize considerably internal processes, to reduce costs. At the moment it is the largest AT Consulting project based on products of 1C — we got extremely useful experience and we are going to develop cooperation with the leading Russian vendor.
