SUO Neuroniq is used in the Center of support of entrepreneurs of Tatarstan

In Kazan at the beginning of summer of 2016 the Uniform center of the state support of entrepreneurs for the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan opened. The center was visited by the president of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov to whom work of new structure was shown.

Activity of the center is intended to simplify to entrepreneurs access to the state support and to increase convenience of its receiving. For effective interaction with citizens in the hall of service the management system for queue of Neuroniq of production of Technologies of the Future company expected 14 jobs is installed. Here it is possible to use services of the My Documents center which is also connected to an electronic queue of Neuroniq.

All information on calls to specialists is output to the LCD panels and loudspeakers installed in the waiting room. The system of the visual and sound notification is organized so that to make stay in the Center the most comfortable for his clients. Algorithms of an electronic queue are configured on operational service of the growing client flow and provide flexible opportunities of use of managerial functionality, different types of monitoring, planning and the reporting.

Work of a hardware and software system of an electronic queue of Neuroniq is directed to the solution of one of key tasks of the Uniform center – formation of trust of entrepreneurs to the system of the state support.
