2017: Purchase of MyOffice applications for 30 million rubles

As explained by TAdviser in RT-Inform, this amount is a combination of prices assigned for each specific product license separately. In total, the established price list, according to the TK, has 38 different types of licenses for different products worth from about 1.5 to 16.4 thousand each (a complete list of products and prices is here). At the same time, the total maximum amount of the contract of 30 million rubles is the maximum amount for which RT-Inform can (but does not undertake) purchase My MyOffice products.

Rostec will transfer some employees to MyOffice

According to the tender documentation, the list of purchased licenses includes the products "MyOffice Professional," "MyOffice Private Cloud," "MyOffice Standard," "MyOffice Storage," "MyOffice Post," "MyOffice Text" and "MyOffice Table" with validity periods of 1 or 2 years, as well as licenses without limitation of validity.

The contract does not determine the volume of purchased products, only prices per unit are fixed - the price list and the maximum amount for which orders can be placed during the term of the contract, - noted in RT-Inform.

The winner proposed a decrease of 5% from the initial prices. Another contender for the contract - Axoft - tried to enter the competition with a discount of 1% of the price list.

Earlier, Vedomosti reported[2], that it is planned to provide 5 thousand Rostec jobs with domestic office software instead of Microsoft solutions. Thus, about 1% of employees of the state corporation will switch to Russian software.

2016: Pilot tests of "MyOffice" applications

RT-Inform announced its intention to conduct pilot tests of the MyOffice applications in June 2016.

It was planned to test the applications "MyOffice Text," "MyOffice Table" and "MyOffice Presentation." After the completion of the pilot project, RT-Inform was going to recommend the use of New Cloud Technologies products for Rostec enterprises.

In 2016, it was planned to certify applications for compliance with the requirements of the FSB of Russia, including for working with state secrets, and in May 2016 the company received a FSTEK license to develop and manufacture means for protecting confidential information.
