GOSMKB Rainbow implements Directum

In June, 2016 GOSMKB Rainbow announced end of two stages of the project on Directum implementation.

At the first stage the full stroke of work with the entering and outgoing correspondence is automated; on the second - work with main types of documents.

In a project deliverable in Bureau the labor input and direct costs of search and information processing are reduced; cases of loss of documents are excluded; information on the course of approval of documents is available and relevant; there was an opportunity to automatically connect in a system agreements with the associated documentation; heads use the mechanism of control of execution of instructions and creations of the reporting.

Work with main types of documents is automated: office and reports; orders and orders; minutes of meetings; contractual documents.

An ECM system about 500 employees of bureau use summer of 2016. The specialists working in the closed certified premises, have no direct access to a system. Documents for them are printed by department of office and, respectively, are transferred to approval and execution in paper form.

Part of documentation of GOSMKB Rainbow containing information of confidential character in the Directum system is only registered and traced.

On the next stage of the project automation of purchasing activity of the company is planned.
