The committee of state procurements of Stavropol Krai began an espluatation of the AIS of the state order

On June 7, 2016 the Cognitive Technologies company announced creation of automated information system of the state order (the AIS of GZ "Stavropol") for Committee of Stavropol Krai on public procurements^[1].

Project Results

A system provides the full unified control of purchases of all Stavropol Krai according to requirements of federal law 44-FZ. When developing the AIS of GZ "Stavropol" the reference point of a project team of Cognitive Technologies was taken on business process automation of approval of procurement procedures.

Thanks to point adaptation of functionality of a system under specific requirements of an organization structure of the customer it was succeeded to automate purchasing processes at the level of the edge organizations — receivers of budgetary funds. The main purchasing functionality is started in the customer's infrastructure in eight weeks.

So quick start of a system without the slightest loss in quality and stability of its work managed to be performed thanks to the available program practices which are earlier successfully implemented in the AIS GZ project for Committee of the state order of St. Petersburg. Thus, it is possible to speak safely about that, as Stavropol, and St. Petersburg represent a uniform program line of end-to-end systems on management of territorial purchases. Andrey Chernogorov

Among the main project achievements of the AIS GZ "Stavropol" in Cognitive Technologies noted reduction of a purchasing cycle.

For June 8, 2016 in a system more than 500 organizations and 2 thousand authorized users are registered.
